Insurance

Due to the constraints imposed on treatment by insurance companies, we are not currently a member of any managed care panels. Please check with your insurance provider to determine eligibility for out-of-network coverage and reimbursement.

A detailed invoice will be provided for all sessions that outline services rendered and contain diagnostic and treatment codes for submission to insurance claims.

In cases of financial hardship, sliding scale fees may be offered at the discretion of clinician.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
